Minta Employment Agency was founded in Kaunas, the second largest Lithuanian town, in 1994. It is the oldest functioning agency in Kaunas. The agency has deep work traditions and experience in the field of employment. It has been for ten years already that we give advice for various companies on the questions of employee selection and the organizing the selection of employees. We also register all those searching for work at the data basis of our agency, provide information and give advice on the questions concerning job search. Through the years of its existence, the advice on the questions of staff management, organizational development and work search has been given by a psychologist Loreta Buksnyte.
The communication with you, the people who appeal to us for advice and help, make us move onwards, learn and improve: for example, in July 2000 we won the EC PHARE contest The Programme of Business Development in Kaunas county and had an opportunity to extend our knowledge in the field of marketing and business law.
We maintain constant relations with youth organizations. On September 14 15, 2000 we took part in the conference Jaunimo bedarbyste (Youth Unemployment) and a joint project of Kaunas Youth Organisation Union Apskritas stalas (Round Table) and A.C. Patria .
